Every day I practice tuning in and asking myself: “Will the plans I made take me in the right direction for me in my life?”.
That’s not to say that I do not seek answers from outside sources, because I do (I’m not proud to admit it, but sometimes I do it more than I probably should).
I love to do tarot card readings, consult clairvoyants, talk things through with friends, turn to the stars for advice and use other means of guiding myself to make the right choices.
I really believe that oracle cards can give us insights, that the constellation of the stars affects us and so on.
But at the same time, we are all different.
The alignment of the stars or what a card represents can mean one thing to someone else and something completely different to you.
If we get better at turning inward we would not seek so many answers from external sources as looking within gives us clearer and better answers.
And if we have faith that life brings us that which is meant for us, including any and all favorable and unfavorable developments, life would be a whole lot easier.
I appreciate that others can show me what they see in my blind spots and reveal opportunities that I might not have discovered on my own, and I will continue to seek advice from those who offers services in this field.
But I choose to use these outside sources as supplementary tools, and now, in my spiritual practice, I choose to not let myself be dictated by the answers I receive from practitioners in the spiritual sector.
The only one who can make the best decisison for me – Is me.
